📚 All the Product Strategy Frameworks You’ll Ever Need
Ah… Product Strategy.
What haven’t we heard on this topic yet?
Alas, when we go back to work, we’ll still be questioning what we have on our hands: a good strategy, or a pile of rubbish.
A revelation for me recently was that we rarely consider “leverage”.
Why us? Why are we the people to resolve a challenge? Just because we run this particular product? You might laugh, but often… that’s kind of what is implied when we don’t look into it deeper. Nothing more than that.

Who's George?
I’m an underdog product manager.
Product management in New Zealand (where I live) is still a relatively immature discipline. I also came into it late via data science and UX. I may be older than others, but I often feel like a rookie.
To become better at my craft, I learn and explore new ideas relentlessly.
Then I share high-quality, tried-and-true ideas that can be used right away.
How I can help you:
If you’re learning about product as a cross-functional leader, I’ve compiled my best actionable finds in prodmgmt.world.
